Our regular classes are safe and worry-free there are no full-contact or dangerous sparring sessions that could cause injuries. People in their 20s and 30s, as well as those in their 40s, 50s, and even 60s and beyond, can comfortably join and train at their own pace.
Our Group Lessons and Personal Lessons are designed to suit all levels — from complete beginners to those training at a professional level. Whether you're a first-timer looking to enjoy martial arts as fitness, or someone aiming to seriously pursue a pro career, our studio provides the perfect environment to train safely and effectively.
We also offer customized lesson plans, such as corporate group sessions for employee wellness programs. Please feel free to contact us for tailor-made class arrangements.
Former professional MMA fighter and black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Competed in many tournaments, achieving 5 wins in 7 professional Jiu-Jitsu matches and 3rd place at the GI World Cup. In MMA, known not only for his submission skills from Jiu-Jitsu but also for powerful striking—recording 4 wins and 2 losses. At the gym, he mainly focuses on personal training and mentoring the next generation. Outside the gym, he serves as a referee for major promotions such as RIZIN, QUINTET, and Shooto.
Main instructor Satoshi Maezawa made her MMA debut in 2012 at JEWELS. In 2018, she became the 6th DEEP JEWELS Atomweight Champion, successfully defending her title twice, and later appeared in RIZIN. Retired from MMA in 2020. A brown belt in Jiu-Jitsu, she teaches with her trademark positivity—clear, fun, and easy-to-understand instruction.

Monthly fees for the joining month are as follows:
- Join between the 1st and 10th: Full monthly fee
- Join between the 11th and 20th: Two-thirds of the monthly fee
- Join between the 21st and end of the month: One-third of the monthly fee
A transfer fee of ¥180 will be charged for bank or MemberPay payments.
All classes at the Kojimachi Studio are beginner-friendly, and
the “Beginner” classes do not include sparring.
Even in “Beginner / Intermediate” classes, full-contact sparring is not allowed — only technique practice and light sparring.
This class focuses on striking techniques such as kickboxing, suitable for beginners and women.
Learn proper form and fundamentals to build stamina, agility, and reaction speed through aerobic exercise. Includes shadow boxing, mitt training, heavy bags, and light sparring.
This class trains essential MMA skills — striking, throws, and groundwork. Sessions follow a flow of warm-ups, drills, technique practice, and light sparring.
Includes wrestling, guard passing, submissions, chokes, ground-and-pound, and more.
Wearing a gi (similar to a judo uniform), you’ll train both standing and ground techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
The class includes repetitions, technique drills, various movement drills, and light sparring. Covers throws, breakfalls, chokes, joint locks, and defense techniques.
This class is designed for children aged 4 to elementary school age.
We begin with greetings and manners, teaching patience and focus. Through enjoyable yet disciplined training, kids learn from both success and failure, developing empathy and friendship. Training includes kickboxing basics, gymnastics, mat work, kicking & punching drills, and mitt training.

Only light sparring is allowed before, during and after class.
